How to Delete Your Account from the App

If you wish to permanently delete your Kotla App account, you can do so directly inside the app by following these steps:

1. Open the Kotla App

2. Login and go to your Profile Tab

3. Scroll down to the bottom

4. Tap on Delete Account

5. Enter Security Questions and complete Delete request

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed and your account will be deleted immediately. In case you want to recover your account within 30 days, you may wish to login and answer the security question and you will be able to recover your account.
